Our shower enclosures come with our built-to-last promise. We have been awarded three ISO Certifications - ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001. ISO Certification is a seal of approval that we run to the internationally recognised ISO management systems. These certifications are proof of our credibility but also to install confidence in our potential clients that we will keep our promises.

Building The Collection
Even during manufacturing, we constantly test the product to ensure the collection is built to last. We manufacture some of the collection at our headquarters here in Kilkenny, Ireland and we also work with select suppliers globally to bring together all the elements that create a MERLYN Shower experience. Here or abroad, the product components are rigorously tested to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout. We also work with independent auditors to test our products further and ensure they are compliant with global Health & Safety Standards.

Perfecting Our Packaging
We’ve spent 16 years testing and sourcing different packaging options, to ensure your MERLYN Shower arrives at your door in Showroom condition. We work with top class suppliers to ensure the packing is secure, robust and easy to handle. Nevertheless, we spend time double checking our packaging and component parts at head office, to ensure that once you receive your delivery you have everything available and clearly labelled to install your new enclosure.
